DIET TO DETOX BEFORE DOING A LIVER/GALLBLADDER FLUSH (do this for 2 weeks before doing the flush)
You can add psyllium husks with aloe juice to move the bowels, add digestive bran to food (eg yogurt) to improve bowel movements. Drink plenty of water, exercise and reduce stress.
Eat a diet consisting 75% raw food (mostly veg, and some fruit).This will also help to move the bowels. Include apple sauce, eggs, yogurt (low or no fat), cottage cheese (low or no fat), broiled fish, fresh apples, beetroot.

You will need to be on a liver diet for at least 2 weeks before doing this flush

300ml grapefruit, lime or lemon juice (preferably freshly squeezed)
200ml distilled or pure water
1 garlic clove chopped finely, approx 1 tsp
