Our sanctuary is found on one of the few vortex’s of positive healing energy on the island. Our guided outdoor walks are the perfect way to benefit from the vortex’s healing power while enjoying Les Marianne’s breathtaking landscape of mountains, sea views and acres of organic farms. Designed according to your fitness levels and held at 7:30 am or after 17:00, these walks are a great way to recharge your lifeforce through nature’s pure, pristine green energy.

Aquagym is the perfect workout for all fitness levels. Supported by water, your body’s full range of motion is unlocked, causing less strain on your joints, muscles, and heart. Aqua fitness class with our trainer are done on request and timings are flexible. Please book at reception 24 hours before.

Fitness Classes

For continued good health and an immediate feeling of wellbeing, nothing beats a good exercise session. Exertion, sweat, and motion are one of the best ways to help your body tap into the life force, and eliminate toxins. Our fitness trainers will devise a training regimen which fits your fitness level and health needs for optimum results. Fitness classes are carried out in our state-of-the-art gym, or in the outdoors.

Our massage therapies are a gift to the body and the soul. Within the peaceful enclave of our WS Spa, cocooned by our relaxing ambiance and comfort  you can treat yourself to any of the following therapies:

Swedish relaxing massage, Lymphatic drainage, Detox scrub and wrap, Ayurvedic massage, Deep tissue massage, Hot stone therapy, Candle massage, cupping massage.

FIR infrared Sauna

Sweating is your body’s natural way of flushing out toxins. If you are suffering from injury and are unable to exercise to “sweat out” your toxin load, a session in one of our infrared saunas is the ideal alternative. Infrared saunas allow you to detox your body from heavy chemicals such as mercury and lead and are great for skin purification, improved circulation, and weight loss.
