With your Short and long term fitness goals in mind, our detox program includes wellness therapies, juicing and mindfulness practice which will help you feel good inside and out. A nutritionist will guide you to eat right for your body type and a fitness coach will teach you the moves to get you moving.

Our weight loss program is based on a natural eating program with an initial intense 7 to 10 day Detox phase that will trigger your metabolism into Fat burning mode. Throughout your Weight loss program, you will enjoy healthy meals with fresh foods, and some supplements to boost your vitamin levels. After the initial intense Detox, You can carry on our program at home and keep on losing weight. Most of our guests so far have been losing 3 kilos per week on our program and becoming healthier. Those who have followed the full 28 day Program with us have shed off an average of 15 + kilos of fat !.

Your progress and total care is our first priority in your full wellness rehabilitation. Unlike other rehab programs, we only take in 20 patients at a time. This allows us to focus our attention on you and avoids an institutionalized feeling, only enhancing your gains through the program.Additionally, most of our  rehabilitation therapies are one-to-one sessions, counseling, psychological, occupational therapy, physical exercise and yoga sessions.
