The physical exercises Asanas melt away the physical tensions in our body and prepare our mind for deep meditation.

Yoga can bring suppleness and strength to our body.

Yoga is the vehicle that brings us to connect with the Infinite Intelligence where we can feel the peace of Oneness



Guided walks

Guided walks

Walks around the countryside with spectacular views and each walk is designed according to the fitness level of the participants. Usually done early morning 7.30 am or in the afternoon after 5 pm. An experienced guide/fitness trainer will accompany you.

Get in shape and increase your endorphin levels to feel happier.  Our fitness trainers are present most mornings as from 8am, a pre booking at reception is necessary.

Meditation is a technique that helps us to achieve a higher state of consciousness above the busyness of scattered thoughts.

With proper meditation, we become like magnets, and attract positivity and fulfilment in our life- we start living in the “being” mode rather than getting lost in the “having’ mode.

Monastic meditation was practical hundreds of years ago but nowadays with non-stop distractions like careers, families, finance, social media and internet, monastic meditation is no longer a practical option!

At Les Mariannes we shall introduce you to simple and powerful meditation techniques that you will enjoy and make part of your daily routine.
Tai-chi

Derived from an ancient form of martial arts, tai-chi has slow, graceful movements that require your full attention and presence of mind. Tai-chi is called a moving meditation as it integrates mind, body, spirit in graceful movements.

Aqua gym

For those who love water and an aqua gym session can improve fitness and flexibility-without being too tiring. Aqua fitness class with our trainer are done on request and timings are flexible. Please book at reception 24 hours before.
Evenings talks and lectures

Evenings talks and lectures

Engage fully with your mind and spirit in discovering more of the wellness and Oneness philosophy. From Science to spirituality our talks are inspiring, motivational and very informative. The sessions are done twice weekly after dinner time.
